I’m trying to figure out how to use an electric stove… this is a first for me.

Actually had a chance today to just stay home and try to arrange things at my new house — since I moved in, I hadn’t had much time to do anything because of the video shoot this past week. I got my living room looking decent, now it’s time to do the kitchen I guess… and tomorrow take some time to go shopping for the food I don’t have.

We’re in the middle of another video shoot - yay!

Some Arabic phrases I picked out yesterday:

“kuul youm” = every day
“youm ba-da youm” = day after day

God willing - insha-allah - we’ll be done filming this first batch of programs on Saturday. The second shoot for this series is coming up in May.

Hi everyone!
I’ve made it back to Spain safely on the 15th (my bags did too!), I’m still fighting off some jet lag, just finished moving houses over the weekend (bringing the count to 4 homes in 10 months), and am about to take part in the latest Arabic video shoot tomorrow!

We have 3 cameras set up (one stationary, and two movable), the set is pretty much finished, and all I know for sure is that I will be running one of the three cameras. The set looks pretty cool - and I even took some pictures of us building it! I will try to send them tomorrow.

The topic of this new set of programs, in a North African Arabic dialect, is the Sermon on the Mount, and it will be a question/answer style program with two speakers sitting at a table talking to each other.

Please pray:

- for the health of everyone involved in the video shoot
- for the equipment to function properly
- for the “unscripted dialogue” to go smoothly!! (there will be no teleprompters this time, it is a live discussion!)
- that I would have the energy needed to run camera for 5 days of shooting

Thank you in advance for covering this week in prayer - God is greatly using the Arabic television programs we produce during shoots such as this. North Africans are coming to Christ because of what we are doing here in Spain at the Málaga Media Center, how neat is that?
